Cancellation Policy
Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use/Terms and Conditions which govern your use of our website tacobell.co.in (the “Website”) and our ‘Taco Bell’ application for mobile and handheld devices (the “App”).
Taco Bell refers to Burman Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, Master Franchise of brand ‘Taco Bell’ in India.
1. Customer Cancellation
- Customer shall not be entitled to cancel/modify the Order once placed
- If Customer cancels his/her Order after placing it, Taco Bell shall have a right to collect a penalty of 100% of the Order amount for breach of contract terms as a compensation for the damages suffered by, Taco Bell with a right to either not to refund the Order value in case Customer’s Order is prepaid or recover from Customer’s subsequent Order in case his/her Order is post-paid (cash on delivery).
2. Forced / Constrained Cancellation

Taco Bell reserves the right to collect penalty for the Orders constrained to be cancelled by Taco Bell for reasons not attributable to Taco Bell including but not limited to: In the event if the address provided by Customer is wrong.
- Failure to contact Customer by phone at the time of delivering the Order.
- Failure to deliver Customer the Order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from Customer at the time of delivery.
3. Non-Customer Cancellation
If an item in an Order placed is unavailable, then Taco Bell employee shall contact the Customer on the phone number provided at the time of placing the Order and inform the Customer of such unavailability. In such an event Customer will be entitled to cancel the entire Order and shall be entitled to a refund to an amount upto 100% of the Order value.
In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Taco Bell including non-availability of a Product, in case of a pre-paid order, Taco Bell shall refund the Order value within 7-15 working days to the Customer
Taco Bell Refund policy
- The Orders placed by Customers using the Platform are non-cancellable and non-refundable except if refund is requested under the following conditions. Taco Bell’s decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
- If Taco Bell fails to deliver the Order due to a cause attributable to either Taco Bell or its delivery agent,
- If any of the items in the order is/ are missing or wrong items are delivered, and for which concern in this regard has been raised by the Customer to Taco Bell concerned store within 10 mins of the delivery of the Order to the Customer.
- If any of the items in the order is unavailable.
- If the Order delivered to the Customer is damaged/ of sub-standard quality subject to sufficient proof by the Customer in this regard. However, such refunds will be assessed on a case-to-case basis by Taco Bell.
- If the packaging is tampered/ unsealed/ damaged, the Customer shall not accept the order. 100% of the Order value shall be refunded, subject to the Customer non accepting the Order and raising a concern in this regard at the time of the delivery of the Order to the Taco Bell concerned Store.
- If the payment is made and order is not placed, payments shall be processed in 7-15 working days
All refund amounts shall be credited to Customer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Customer’s choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as mentioned above.
