Cancellation Policy

Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use/Terms and Conditions which govern your use of our website tacobell.co.in (the “Website”) and our ‘Taco Bell’ application for mobile and handheld devices (the “App”).

Taco Bell refers to Burman Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, Master Franchise of brand ‘Taco Bell’ in India.

1. Customer Cancellation

2. Forced / Constrained Cancellation

  1. Taco Bell reserves the right to collect penalty for the Orders constrained to be cancelled by Taco Bell for reasons not attributable to Taco Bell including but not limited to: In the event if the address provided by Customer is wrong.
  2. Failure to contact Customer by phone at the time of delivering the Order.
  3. Failure to deliver Customer the Order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from Customer at the time of delivery.

3. Non-Customer Cancellation

If an item in an Order placed is unavailable, then Taco Bell employee shall contact the Customer on the phone number provided at the time of placing the Order and inform the Customer of such unavailability. In such an event Customer will be entitled to cancel the entire Order and shall be entitled to a refund to an amount upto 100% of the Order value.

In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Taco Bell including non-availability of a Product, in case of a pre-paid order, Taco Bell shall refund the Order value within 7-15 working days to the Customer

All refund amounts shall be credited to Customer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Customer’s choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as mentioned above.
